The Actors Workshop Cancellation Policy

Please see below our cancellation policy for The Actors Workshop. This is in place to ensure that The Actors Workshop can run on a drop-in basis and is accessible and affordable to all who wish to attend. 

• Once your payment is received: We will not be able to refund payment for workshop sessions under any circumstances.
• Once your payment is received: If you cannot attend the workshop and you notify us 48 hours prior to that workshop session, you may request a credit which can be used to book onto another session at a later date. Please note that this option is given at our discretion and is only available if you give notice by email to info@the-openspace.co.uk a full 48 hours before the start time of your chosen workshop session. 
• You cannot transfer or reschedule a booking or workshop outside of the above terms. If you are requesting a transfer or a change of date, you are requesting a cancellation, in which case, our cancellation policy will apply.
